English: Orchids with their tiny seeds with almost no reserves have to be mycoheterotrophic at the early stages of their life. This picture shows protocorm-undifferenciated structure from which shoot meristem is later formed. Normally it have more rounded shape, but object on this picture was cultivated in vitro on medium with 1mg of kinetin which caused elongation. Scale bar: 1cm
Čeština: Orchideje ve svých mikroskopických semenech nemají téměř žádné zásobné látky a proto jsou alespoň ze začátku svého života mykoheterotrofní. Tento obrázek zobrazuje protokorm-nediferencovaný útvar ze kterého se formuje později prýt. Normálně není takto prodloužený. Prodloužení způsobilo přidání 1mg kinetinu do kultivačního média. Rostlina kultivována in vitro. Měřítko: 1cm

Cette image montre une structure de protocorme non-différenciée, depuis lequel le méristème de la pousse se formera. Il a habituellement une forme plus arrondie, mais le sujet de cette image a été cultivé in-vitro sur un médium comportant 1 mg de kinétine qui à provoqué une élongation. échelle de la barre de référence : 1 cm. |
