Summary[edit]

Description
English: Movie S7. Cilia contacts persist in the presence of Trypsin and EDTA. After locating cilia-cilia adhesions, cells expressing SmoYFP were transferred to a treatment solution that contained 0.05% trypsin and 0.53 mM EDTA in Hank's buffered saline solution. After a short time, the cells rounded up and started moving away from the filter. The cilia-cilia adhesions persisted until the integrity of the monolayer was significantly disturbed.
