Description
English: Time-lapsed fluorescence microscopy of peripheral blood mononuclear cells (PBMC) and microdiamonds. Freshly isolated PBMC incubated with microdiamonds retain nuclear morphology (blue intracellular nuclei, Hoechst 33342) and do not release DNA to the extracellular space (propidium iodide).
