Description
English: Supplementary Movie 3 GFP+ DiD+ cells persist adjacent to bone surfaces. Serial zstacks from two-photon imaging of explanted femur 28 days after cell injection. GFP+ DiD+ cells localize to bone surfaces. Bone SHG, blue; GFP+ DiDneg cell, green; GFP+ DiD+ cells, yellow (red/green). Scale bar, 40μm. Data represents at least 10 experiments.
