Old log cabin at Normafa

| Description |
English: The old log cabin was located behind the building of the Normafa Ski House on the top of the steep mountain slope called Nagy-Normafa-lejtő. The small mountain hut was built at an unknown date (but before 1944) in characteristic Alpine style. It was hidden behind fences for decades, then used as an exhibition space presenting the history of skiing at Normafa for a few years, and finally demolished in 2022 to make room for a new annex of the restored Ski House.
Magyar: A régi rönkház a Normafa menedékház mögött állt a meredek Nagy-Normafa-lejtő tetején. A jellegzetesen alpesi stílusú hegyi kunyhó ismeretlen időpontban épült, de 1944-ben már biztosan állt. Később évtizedekig kerítések mögött rejtőzött, majd pár évig a régi normafai síéletet megidéző kiállítótérként használták, végül 2022-ben lebontották. A helyreállított Normafa Síház modern toldaléka került a helyére. |
