Description
Eesti: MgO monokristallile elektronkiiraurustatud nikli kile oli lõõmutatud 10 tundi vaakumis atomaarselt sileda pinna saamise eesmärgiga. Skaneeriva elektronmikroskoobi kujutis, kus on näha kile morfoologia muutust CVD grafeeni sünteesi katse käigus.
