分8冊。第1冊「台灣府志」十六卷,乾隆六年重修本,書前有卷首1卷、纂修者姓氏、凡例、台灣府縣廳圖、台灣府八景圖。第2冊包括「台灣府志」後10卷、「諸羅縣誌」,康熙五十六年版,12卷。縣誌前有周鍾瑄序、縣地圖及六景圖。第3冊「淡水廳志」,據同治十年版重印,十六卷,撰輯姓氏、凡例等。第4冊「鳳山縣誌」,據乾隆二十九年版重印,12卷,卷首有重修志職員名與舊志職員名、凡例及鳳山縣全圖等6幅圖。第5冊「噶瑪蘭廳志」,據咸豐一年版重排,8卷,志前有凡例、修纂姓氏表、引用書目等。第6冊「澎湖廳志」,附「淡水廳志訂謬」1卷。光緒十八年修,14卷,志前有皇言錄、澎湖全圖等7圖、纂修姓氏。第7冊「彰化縣誌」,據乾隆二十九年版重排,12卷,書前有例言、彰化縣圖、八景圖等。第8冊「台灣縣誌」,依嘉慶年版重排,8卷,書前有續修職銜表、凡例、縣境全圖、城池圖、八境圖。書後有修纂姓氏
