一, 大學中庸與禮運為中國政治哲學寶典,而中庸哀公問政一章尤為治政的原理。
二, 分段闡明哀公問政章的內容要義:
1. 政治要以人為本,要以修養人格和推己及人為推行的根本。
2. 政治應該由個人對家庭社會和國家完滿負責做起,應篤行五達道與三達德,而以「誠」字貫徹到底!
3. 說明修養人格的重要和效果,勉人努力自強,勿自暴棄。
4. 列舉九經的功用和要義,說明為政之道,在乎由內及使天下人由親及疏,各得其所,以達和平安樂之治。
5. 一切事業開始以前須有預備,而原理原則,尤為一切行動的前提。
6. 政治原動力在乎「誠」,而完成「誠」之德性,在乎力學篤行。
三, 本章要義之總提示,與「誠」為成已成物之詮釋。
四, 中國政治哲學的精義:
1. 政治的理想和目的在提高「人」的品格,發揮「人」的價值和功用,修明「人」與「人」的關係,為政在人,一切以人為本。
2. 政治哲學與倫理哲學相合一——政治以倫理為基礎。
3. 禮運篇為「地方自治」之圭臬。
4. 中國政治哲學的最高目的在使人盡其才,各得其所,各遂其生。
5. 中國政治哲學以行「仁政」為本,故特別注重疾病、痛苦、困窮的救濟。
五, 希望大家究明政治哲學的精義,認清實際政治的本務,共同一致,篤信力行,來實現三民主義,完成建國使命!
