第一章 木匠櫻桃先生找見一段木頭,會哭會笑,好像一個小孩。
第二章 安東尼先生送一塊木頭給他的朋友蓋比都,他拿來預備做一個能跳舞,能劍術,而且輕捷善跳的木偶。
第三章 蓋比都回家後,立刻做一個木偶,給他取個名字叫匹諾曹。
第四章 匹諾曹和多話的蟋蟀的故事。
第五章 匹諾曹肚子餓,找着一個蛋來預備燒一碟炒蛋,但是正在這最有趣的時候,那炒蛋卻從窗洞裡飛出去了。
第六章 匹諾曹把腳擱在火缽上睡了,及至明晨醒來,只見他的腳已被燒掉。
第七章 蓋比都回到家裡,聽木偶告訴他一切的情形,後來把他自己的早餐給木偶吃。
第八章 蓋比都給匹諾曹生了兩隻新腳,賣了他自己的外套給他買一本初級讀本。
第九章 匹諾曹賣了他的初級讀本,預備去看木偶戲。
第十章 演戲的木偶認出了他們的兄弟匹諾曹在後邊,立刻熱烈地歡迎他;然而給戲院的經理食火者見了,匹諾曹遂陷入危險的境地。
第十一章 食火者打嚏,赦了匹諾曹,他又救了哈爾昆的性命。
第十二章 食火者給匹諾曹五塊金洋,叫他拿去給父親;但是他不回到家裡去,跟了狐與貓一同去種金洋。
第十三章 紅龍蝦旅館。
第十四章 匹諾曹遭遇着刺客,因為他不聽多話的蟋蟀的忠告。
第十五章 刺客追趕匹諾曹;把他吊掛在大橡樹的枝頭。
第十六章 美麗的青發的孩子把他解放下來;放他在床上,請了三位醫生來,問他們匹諾曹究竟是死是活。
第十七章 匹諾曹只肯吃糖,不肯喝藥;這時候他看見有一個棺材扛進來要抬他,他立刻便喝了。他又說一句謊話,鼻子因此長起來了。
第十八章 匹諾曹又遇着狐與貓,和他們同到奇異的田裡去種金錢。
第十九章 匹諾曹的金洋被竊,罰他坐四個月的牢監。
第二十章 他從牢監里放出來,回到仙子的屋裡去;在路上他遇着一條可怕的蛇,後來他給一個陷井夾住了。
第二十一章 匹諾曹給一個農夫捉住,農夫便派他做雞鴨場裡的望夜狗。
第二十二章 匹諾曹發見幾個強盜,於是主人放他自由,以報他的忠實。
第二十三章 匹諾曹因了青發的仙子的死去而悲哭。後來他騎在一隻鴿子的背上飛到海邊,他又跳到海里去救他的父親蓋比都。
第二十四章 匹諾曹到工蜂村又遇見了仙子。
第二十五章 匹諾曹允許仙子,以後做一個好小子;因為他做木偶做得十分厭倦,要想變成一個真的孩子。
第二十六章 匹諾曹跟了他的同學到海邊去看狗鯊魚。
第二十七章 匹諾曹和他的同伴大戰。其中一個受傷了,匹諾曹給兵士捉住。
第二十八章 匹諾曹要像一條魚這樣的放在油煎鍋里烹燒了。
第二十九章 他回到仙子的屋裡。她允許他明天變成一個孩子。他大請客。
第三十章 匹諾曹想和蠟燭心到玩物國里去。
第三十一章 匹諾曹到了玩物國,終日遊玩。過了五個月,他糟糕了。
第三十二章 匹諾曹生了兩隻驢子耳朵;他變成一隻真的小驢子。
第三十三章 匹諾曹變做小驢子後,被賣在馬戲班裡;一天晚上因跳圈而跌壞了腳,於是再賣給人家做鼓用。
第三十四章 匹諾曹被丟在海里,給魚吃掉了驢子肉,仍舊變成木偶。他便因此逃走,又給狗鯊魚吞了進去。
第三十五章 匹諾曹在狗鯊魚的肚裡找着…找着誰呢?你們讀完這章書便可知道。
第三十六章 匹諾曹終於真的變成孩子了。
