不分卷,1冊。 該抄本前半部分爲清光緒二十年(1894)二月初二譚照元抄本,後半部分爲民國辛亥年(1911)十月十五日抄本。頁面高25.5釐米,寬17.5釐米,前半部分7行,每行14字,後半部分9行,每行14字。保存完好。

毛南族民間宗教經書,在毛南族民間舉行還願儀式時念誦。屬「黃筵」經書。書名爲漢文。經書記錄舉行「黃筵」還願儀式的各種程式、唱詞、牲品,「打梁條文」樣式等多種用途,故稱「雜字」。書名意即記錄還願多種儀式用途的經書。抄本記錄舉行「黃筵」還願儀式的各種程式、唱詞、牲品,含佔投法字、佔獻身法、黃筵五龍桌、灑壇、佔開會報聖母、佔架橋、佔步橋等章節。大意爲請三元、先師等神還舊願,向雷王脫罪,請聖母架橋賜花等,保佑主家人丁興旺、六畜發達、增福添祿。對研究毛南族民間宗教文化有蔘考價值。
