English: Representative live video microscopy showing the absence of changes in ER dynamics upon transient expression of myosin XI-F tails. A similar absence of effects on the structure and dynamic behavior of the ER was observed upon transient expression of myosins VIII-1, VIII-2 or VIII-B tails.
