Description
English: 5-HT induced cell shedding is associated with underlying cells forming tight junctions with the neighboring cells: confocal Z-sections series of MCF10A transwell® cultures treated with 5-HT for 48 hours. The cultures were stained for tight junction proteins occludin (green), ZO1 (red) and nuclei (blue).
