Summary[edit]

Description
English: Drug intraocular injection in E15.5 embryos. Exposed embryos after opening the uterus wall [16]. The needle tip is black painted enabling to track its exact position during drug intravitreal instillation. Drugs and vehicles were combined with 0.025% (w/v) fast green to evaluate the accuracy of the injection. Only mice successfully injected were considered for successive analysis.
