Description
English: Hypothesized money trail for 1996 US federal election cycle, in support of proposed legislation for public financing of federal elections. Step 3 defines a recursive, self-reinforcing money loop, benefiting candidates and contributors, costing taxpayers 100-200 times more than proposed financing scheme, at that time.
