Description
English: Aligned tilt series of immunolabeled fibrillin-1 microfibrils in mutant WMΔ/WMΔ skin. Elastic fiber present in homozygous mutant WMΔ skin shows much reduced periodicity of fibrillin-1 immunogold labeling, indicating disorganized microfibrils.
