Description
English: β-casein in EW-treated MCF-7 cells. The video reports a spatial series of optical sections, obtained with confocal microscopy, showing that the secretion of β-casein (red) is correctly oriented towards the lumen of acini and duct-like structures in MCF-7 cells. Nuclei are stained in blue.
