DescriptionMembrane-Invaginations-Reveal-Cortical-Sites-that-Pull-on-Mitotic-Spindles-in-One-Cell-C.-elegans-pone.0012301.s010.ogv |
English: Formation of invaginations in an embryo labeled with PLCδ-PH::GFP after Cytochalasin D treatment. PH::GFP, f08f8.1(RNAi) embryo was dissected in SGM (Shelton growth medium) and allowed to reach anaphase. The addition of Cytochalasin D during anaphase leads to large numbers if invaginations which can be suppressed by the subsequent addition of Nocodazole in addition to Cytochalasin D. 5 s intervals, 10 frame per second (50× real time). |
