Description
English: TIRFM video of A431 cells expressing Cav-1-GFP after 3 hr treatment with H35N. The A431 cells expressing Cav-1-GFP were treated with H35N (5 µg/ml) and TIRFM video was recorded as described above. Note the blockade of caveolae dynamics at the cell surface similar to that of video 4. The EM gain settings were 3869.
