Summary[edit]

Description
English: 3D surface rendering of a late-stage assembling capsid. Dual axis STEM tomogram of a 320 nm thick section. The 3D surface rendered capsid shown in panels 7A–C was generated on the basis of the tomogram. Movie S14, demonstrating the final capsid generation stages, was created with the Aviso movie-maker platform.
