Description
English: Time lapse movie of ET11-9 transgenic fish between 1.5 and 2 dpf, immediately after mechanically obstructing the kidney, related to figure 4. Transient backward migration of the obstructed epithelium is seen. The head is to the left. Frame interval is 20 min. Number of frames is 33. Each frame is a flattened confocal stack.
