Description
English: Time lapse movie of ET33d10 transgenic fish between 3.5 and 4 dpf, related to figure 4 I, J. One of the proximal tubules is transiently obstructed for part of the time lapse and during this time the direction of migration is reversed. The migration returns to normal after this transient obstruction is resolved. The head is to the left. Frame interval is 20 min. Number of frames is 28. Each frame is a flattened confocal stack.
