Description
English: Simulation of the kidney epithelial migration when luminal flow is temporarily stopped, related to figure 4 E, F. The value of “skew” factor was changed from 0.1 to 0 after 100th iteration (frame 10) and back to 0.1 after 300th iteration (frame 30), leading to transient reversal of the direction of migration between frames 11 and 30. Ten iterations of the algorithm were used to produce each sequential frame. Number of frames is 42.
