Português: A Quarta Turma do Superior Tribunal de Justiça (STJ) entendeu que, quando cessado o comodato de imóvel comum, por meio de notificação judicial ou extrajudicial, o condômino privado da sua posse tem o direito de receber aluguéis, proporcionais a seu quinhão, dos proprietários que permaneceram na posse exclusiva do bem. Para o colegiado, tal medida é necessária para evitar o enriquecimento sem causa da parte que usufrui da coisa.
