Português: A Segunda Turma do Superior Tribunal de Justiça (STJ), por unanimidade, manteve acórdão do Tribunal de Justiça do Rio de Janeiro (TJRJ) que negou o pagamento de indenização à suposta mãe de criação do pedreiro Amarildo Dias de Souza, desaparecido em 2013 durante ação de policiais militares na comunidade da Rocinha, no Rio de Janeiro. O colegiado também confirmou a decisão que fixou indenização de R$ 100 mil para cada irmão da vítima.
