Summary[edit]

Description
English: The Lsb2-3xGFP cells stained with the endocytic lipophilic dye FM4-64 were observed in SC-his medium by fluorescence microscopy 10 minutes after FM4-64 internalization. The images were recorded by dual TRITC (FM4-64) and GFP time-lapse fluorescence microscopy and acquired at 20-second time intervals. The display rate is 2 frames per second.
