Summary[edit]

Description
English: Time-lapse imaging of early BMMs parasite infection. LD accumulation is observed since 30mn of infection in cell cytoplasm and above intracellular parasites. BMMs were infected with transgenic Ds-Red or WT parasites for 30mn. Cells were stained with Bodipy for LD tracking. Confocal time-lapse imaging was performed at 37°C and images were taken every 15min for 18h.
