Description

Vigadó Cultural Center. Built in 1911. Local grade listed and part of a listed architectural ensemble. - Includes: theatre, cinema, bowling alley, Süsü Dragon Castle Family Play Library, where movement and other skill development games await families with small children. In 2024, the fairy tale exhibition "Arthur Gombóc and his friends" will be held upstairs, presenting giant puppets (Pom Pom, Mirr Murr) depicting the popular fairytale characters of István Csukás, who was born in Kisújszállás. Here is the home of the TV KISÚJ municipality television - 7 Szabadság Square, Kisújszállás, Jász-Nagykun-Szolnok County, Hungary.

Vigadó Kulturális Központ. Pfaff és Schneider vállakozók kivitelezésében Rück Lajos terve alapján a Nagy Vendéglő és a Városi Takarékpánztár épülete közötti telekre 1911-1912-ben épült. 2014-ben jelentős felújítás átépítés történt pl. a bejárat mellett külön utcai bejárattal kávézó létesült - Az épületben: színház, 50 férőhelyes mozi (Ady fimszínház), bowling pálya mellette büfé, Süsü Sárkányvár Családi Játéktár, ahol mozgás- és egyéb készségfejlesztő játékokkal várják a kisgyermekes családokat. 2024-ben az emeleten van a „Gombóc Artúr és barátai” című mesekiállítás, mely a kisújszállási születésű Csukás István népszerű mesefiguráit ábrázoló óriásbábokat (Pom Pom, Mirr Murr) mutatja be.( kisujszallas.smartonkormanyzat.hu/latnivalok ) - 2015 óta a TV KISÚJ városi tévé otthona.
