Description
English:
L-shaped, one-storey apartment building, early eclectic, circa 1860. On the left edge of the façade is a stone-framed, flower-decorated passageway. A balcony with a cast iron lattice resting on consoles can be see in the center axis of the building. The northern part of its courtyard façade is a access balcony, in the eastern part, on the 2nd floor is a modern, glassy veranda. Máté Szepsi Laczkó round relief by Sándor Makoldi and marble plaque to Máté Szepsi Laczkó on its facade (both installed 1891) - 24 Kossuth Lajos Square, Sátoraljaújhely, Borsod-Abaúj-Zemplén County, Hungary.

Zárt sorú beépítésben álló, "L" alaprajzú, egyemeletes lakóház, kora eklektikus, 1860 körül A homlokzat bal szélén kőkeretes, virágdíszes, szemöldökgyámos kapuzatú átjáró. Az épület középtengelyében konzolokon nyugvó öntöttvas rácsozatú erkély. Az emeleti ablakok között lizénák tagolják a homlokzatot. Az emeleti ablakok vakolat keretelése hangsúlyos, középütt női fej díszítéssel. Nyeregtetős, hódfarkú cseréppel fedett épület. Udvari homlokzata északi része függőfolyosó, keleti részén, az emeleten modern, üveges veranda. Műemléki azonosító: 3152, törzsszám: 940 A homlokzaton műemléktáblán kívúl kétrészes Szepsi Laczkó Máté-emléktábla (Felállítás 1991, Makoldi Sándor (festőművész), kör alakú vas dombormű alatta márvány emléktábla) található - Borsod-Abaúj-Zemplén megye, Sátoraljaújhely, Kossuth Lajos tér 24
