Alsdorf 1992 – 40 min Aufnahme/Schnitt/Kommentar: Berthold Heizmann Einst galt sie als eine der größten Anlagen in Westeuropa – die Kokerei Anna in Alsdorf. Jahrzehntelang prägten die Dampfschwaden über den Kühltürmen die Silhouette der alten Bergbaustadt. Vor der Stilllegung der Kokerei im September 1992 aufgenommen, verfolgt der Film den Weg der Kokskohle zum fertigen Produkt Koks. Ein ergänzendes Interview erläutert die Vorgänge im und am Ofen und besonders die Nebengewinnung. |
