Summary[edit]

Description
English: Kenda and Jacob Bar-Gera, an Israeli couple that lived in Cologne, Germany in from 1960 until the 2000th, supported between 1960 and 1988, persecuted artists under the communist regime in the Soviet Union in general and Russia especially. While helping these artists to continue to be creative, Kenda and Jacob collected their works. The Bar-Gera collection was one of the major art collections of persecuted Russian artists.
Русский: Кенда и Джейкоб Бар-Гера, израильская пара, жившая в Кельне, Германия, с 1960 по 2000-е годы, поддерживаемая в период с 1960 по 1988 год, преследовала художников при коммунистическом режиме в России. Помогая этим художникам продолжать заниматься творчеством, Кенда и Джейкоб собирали их работы. Коллекция Бар-Гера была одним из крупнейших художественных собраний преследуемых русских художников.
