Description
English:
Our Lady of Help church. Parish church. Since 2023 Minor basilica. It was built between 1737 and 1768. The main altar was completed in 1745. In 1765, statues of St. Francis of Assisi and St. Anthony of Padua were placed on the high altar. A crypt was built together with the church (here are the descendants of the Hochburg family). On the western façade of the church in a semicircular niche stand the sandstone statues of St. Anthony of Padua with the Child Jesus and St. Fidel of Sigmaringen. - Inside oval portrait wall paintings: Stephen I of Hungary, Giselle of Bavaria, Clare of Assisi, Leopold III, Margrave of Austria Inside guilded altar statues: Lawrence of Brindisi, Francis of Assisi, Anthony of Padua with the Child Jesus, Saint Leopold?/Leopold III, Margrave of Austria? - The shrine painting of Our Lady of Help is a 1690s works.- part of National Blue Trail, Petőfi Sándor Street (Route 8204), Bodajk, Fejér County, Hungary.

Segítő Szűz Mária-templom (Segítő Szűz Mária-kegytemplom) Római katolikus templom és zarándokhely, 2023 óta Basilica Minor. 1737 és 1768 között épült. A templom nyugati homlokzatán félköríves fülkében Páduai Szent Antal gyermek Jézussal és Sigmaringeni Szent Fidél homokkő szobra áll. /Info: kozterkep.hu/ - Belül: 1745-ben elkészült főoltár. 1765-ben került a főoltárra Assisi Szent Ferenc és Páduai Szent Antal szobra. Bejáratnál középhajó oszlopánál Szent József és Jézus (balra) szemben Szent Antal és gyermek Jézus, majd Szűz Mária kék színű hosszú sálas szobra és szemben Jézus Szíve kb. méter magas színes szobrai. A falakon ovális portréfestések: Szt. István, Gizella magyar királyné, Assisi Szent Klára, III. (Szent) Lipót?. - Aranyozott festésű fa? főoltárszobrok: Assisi Szent Ferenc, Páduai Szent Antal a gyermekkel, Brindisi Szent Lőrinc, Saint Leopold. A templommal együtt épült kripta (itt vannak a Hochburg család leszármazottai). Plébánia: Szent István tér 1. - Az orgona ünnepélyes felszentelése 1930. december 14-én történt meg. - 1965-ös felújításkor készült a templomi 'csillag és a gömb' - 1978-as harang felirata: „Az 1787-ben öntött harangot 1978-ban megnagyobbította a bodajki református egyház Temesvári Béla lelkész idejében, Gombos Lajos harangöntő mester által. - Szent István király emléktábla Az oltárban örzött ereklye emlékére melyet 2020-ben adományoztak, a misézőoltár konszekrálásakor. - 'Római katolikus templom, volt kapucinus templom' néven műemlék azonosító: 3577, törzsszám: 1641. Bodajki kegyhely története tájákoztató: előzmény: A középkori plébániatemplom egyetlen ismert említése 1434-ből maradt fenn. A török kor (17. századi felszabadító háborúk) után Bodajkot a csókakői váruradalom részeként 1691-ben Johann Hochburg kapta meg aki Mórra a birtokközpontba 1695-ben németeket telepített be és kapucinus szerzeteseket. A móri kapucinusok megkapták a bodajki plébánia jogait is. 1752-ben örökösödés során Bodajkot Hochburg Anna Mária kapta. Feltételezhetően a birtokos johanniták gondoskodtak az időközben felépült kegytemplomról és temetőről. 1696-ban mindössze 11 református család élt Bodajkon. A móri kapucinusok figyelmét a képolna romjai és a település bővízű gyógyforrása keltette fel a amelyra alapozva egy kallomalmot lehetett létesíteni. A letelepedést leíró forrás a helyi szóbeszéden alapuló Szent István korában Szűz Mária tiszteletére szentelt helyként emliti Bodajkot. - - Fejér megye, Bodajk, Petőfi Sándor utca (8204-es számú mellékút)
