| Description |
English: This is a movie of a cross-sectional slice of flowing water inside a channel with a cylindrical obstacle. Behind the obstacle there is a Kármán vortex street. The data was acquired with real-time magnetic resonance imaging using a so-called radial FLASH sequence. Images were then computed using an iterative image reconstruction using a non-linear inversion method. |

Experimental data acquired at the University Medical Center in Göttingen in the laboratory of Martin Uecker on 2020-07-21. Details: ca. 10 Hz framerate, radial FLASH (TR = 2.3 ms, TE = 1.29 ms, FA = 8°, resolution: 2 mm, slice thickness 7 mm, matrix size 128x128, 41 spokes per frame with 5-turn scheme, two-fold oversampling), nonlinear inverse reconstruction with temporal regularization (BART, 5 Newton steps, 0.9 damping, compressed channels: 8, version: 0.7.00-35-g95dc57f)
