Description
English:
One storey local grade listed corner building. Here was built a house to János Tallián in 1851. Remodelled in 1860 and 1890. Bought by Craftsman Bank in 1874. Remodelled (rebuilt after demolished?) in around 1896 (before 1904) to current shape. In around partly 1920 remodelled. In 1994 opened a McDonald’s restaurant. There is a facade plaque: Inscription: The United Song and Music Association of Szeged operated in this building.//On the occasion of the 150th anniversary of the foundation of the music school, the city of Szeged commissioned it in 2015 - 11 Kárász Street= 7 Kölcsey Street, Belváros (Inner City) neighborough, Szeged, Csongrád-Csanád County, Hungary.

A korábban itt állt Tallián-ház, épül 1851., átépül 1860., átépül 1863. A tíz évig működő egyesület zenekart és zeneiskolát tartott fenn.
