Português: E continua hoje à tarde o julgamento da advogada Carla Cepollina acusada de matar o coronel da PM, Ubiratan Guimarães, em setembro de 2006. Ela foi interrogada na tarde dessa terça feira (06). O ministro do Supremo Tribunal Federal (STF), Celso de Mello, arquivou um recurso extraordinário proposto pela defesa de Carla Cepollina contra decisão do Tribunal de Justiça de São Paulo (TJSP) que também havia negado a subida para o STF do recurso apresentado pelos advogados dela. Para o ministro, a defesa não apontou ofensa direta à Constituição e a matéria tratada no recurso não foi submetida à apreciação do TJSP. O relator destacou, ainda, que para verificar a procedência ou não das alegações da defesa seria necessário o reexame de fatos e provas, o que não pode ser feito por meio desse tipo de ferramenta e contraria uma súmula do STF. |
