Français : Portrait de Jean-Jacques-Régis de Cambacérès, duc de Parme, duc de Cambacérès, Archichancelier de l'Empire, est un homme politique français, né le 18 octobre 1753, à Montpellier et mort le 8 mars 1824 à Paris. En mars 1808, Napoléon rétablit par décret le droit aux armoiries pour la noblesse sous le strict contrôle du conseil d’Etat avec Cambacérès, président du « conseil du sceau » pour l’attribution des titres réservés aux barons du conseil d’Etat, aux comtes ministres, aux barons des corps administratifs et enfin aux membres de la Maison de l’empereur et des villes. |
