Nederlands: Kaas bevat veel verzadigd vet en zout, waardoor we al snel denken dat het ongezond is. Maar eigenlijk is dat niet helemaal waar. In deze aflevering legt zuiveldeskundige Kasper Hettinga (Wageningen University) uit dat kaas ook een hele reeks goede stoffen bevat die het negatieve effect van de vetten en zout compenseren. Neem bijvoorbeeld calcium, dat ook in kaas zit. Calcium bindt aan vet, waardoor je de vetten niet opneemt maar ze simpelweg uitpoept.
