There are two plaques (with small reliefs) on facade at the entrance: Inscription: 1st: 'This parish was built in 1928, in the 17th year of the glorious church government of the Most Honorable and Venerable Lajos Szmrecsányi, Dr. Archbishop of Eger, v.b.t.t.t., with homage and all the love of their children's affection, the faithful faithful of Törökszentmiklós perpetuate on this plaque the great name of their gracious archbishop' AND 2nd 'This parish building was built out of the unparalleled sacrifice of the parish at a cost of 160,000 pengő. A díszes épület építésekor Novák Sándor volt a plébános. Az építés idején az iskolaszék s egyháztanácstagjai voltak Novák Sándor pát. esperes plébános egyházi elnök/gróf Almásy Imre Dr. királyi kamarás, felsőházi tag, nagybirtokos, Törökszentmiklós díszpolgára, dísz elnök/Gulyás Mátyás kir. gazd. tanácsos, világi elnök/Kenyeres József gondnok/Fehér József jegyző (+37 néve) //E plébániát építették a Nagy testvérek mint az Egri főegyházmegye építészei tervei szerint Alföldy József és Sípos István építész vállalkozók' - Törökszentmiklós I. főplébánia. 1332: már létezett. A törökök 1552-ben elfoglalták. Tiszapüspöki filiájából 1740: alapították újra. 1748-ban a török mecset helyén Szt Miklós-kápolnát, 1807-ben templomot építettek és a Szentlélek tiszteletére sztelték. Mai Szentháromság-templomát Pánthy Endre vál. püspök. és Csató József adományából 1898–1900-ben Aigner Sándor tervei alapján építették. 1913. VI. 29: szentelték föl. Falképei 1943: Benke László vezetésével készültek. Különlegessége az Alföld Királynője freskó. Keresztkútja zsolnai majolika, Orgonáját (2/20 manuálok/regiszterek) 1898: a Rieger gyár építette (op. 621.), 1927-ben az Angster gyár átépítette.
