Description
English: Migration of DDCs and tissue-probing sessile macrophages (CD45-alexa 594, red) in Lyve1-Alexa488 (green) stained tissue were not apparently altered over 12 h imaging, indicating lack of substantial phototoxicity, immunotoxicity or oxygen deprivation during this time. Images were taken every 35 seconds in each channel. Duration: 12 hours.
