Description
English: Activation and random walk motion of HA-GLUT4-EOS over the whole area of the PM, without regions of exclusion. To monitor single GLUT4 molecule diffusion simultaneously with bulk distribution of GLUT4 in PM, cells were co-transfected with HA-GLUT4-EOS and HA-GLUT4-GFP. Green channel shows conventional TIRF image of HA-GLUT4-GFP+non-activated HA-GLUT4-EOS. Red channel shows sparsely activated HA-GLUT4-EOS molecules. Scale bar, 5 µm.
