Summary

[edit]
Description
English: After UV ablation of a spinal neuron (green) a fluorescently labeled microglia (red) gets activated to take up the neuronal debris via phagocytosis. Our apoptotic reporter fish ubiq:secAnnexinV-mVenus shows consequently the accumulation and transport of the fluorescently labeled apoptotic debris (yellow) within the microglia.
