Description
English: Transmission of CASP8 activation associated with apoptosis. The fluorescence intensity of HeLa cells expressing a membrane-bound FRET-based biosensor, GsSCAT8, was captured every 30 sec for 100 min under a fluorescent microscope. The serial ratio images were displayed by pseudo color based on calculated the fluorescence intensity.
