Português: A Terceira Turma do Superior Tribunal de Justiça (STJ) negou provimento ao recurso especial de uma empresa importadora e vendedora de berços que foi condenada a pagar indenização pela morte de um bebê de seis meses. Segundo o processo, a respiração da criança foi bloqueada após sua cabeça ficar presa no vão entre o colchão e o forro lateral do berço, o que provocou a morte por asfixia.
