English: Reconstructed historic buildings at the market place "Hühnermarkt" in Frankfurt am Main, Germany.
High-resolution (74 megapixel) panorama stiched from five wide-angle shots.
From left to right: Neo-classical style houses "Schlegel" (originally built around 1830), "Eichhorn" and "Goldene Schere" (originally built in the 18th century). On the northern side of the marked place follow the houses "Esslinger" (originally built in the 14th century, later reshaped in baroque style) and "Zur Flechte" (also originally built in the 14th century and later restyled). All buildings were destroyed in World War II and resconstructed between 2012 and 2018. The Friedrich Stolze fountain in foreground (named after a german poeat and carrying his bust) is an orignal from the 19th century, restored at its original place in 2017. Deutsch: Rekonstruierte historische Gebäude am Hühnermarkt in Frankfurt am Main, Deutschland. Hochauflösendes (74 megapixel) Panorama aus fünf einzelnen Weitwinkelaufnahmen. Von links nach rechts: Die klassizistischen Häuser "Schlegel" (Original um 1830), "Eichhorn" und "Goldene Schere" (Original aus dem 18. Jahrhundert.) Auf der Nordseite des Marktes folgen die Häuser "Esslinger" (Original aus dem 14. Jahrhundert, später im barocken Stil umgestaltet) und "Zur Flechte" (Original aus dem 14. Jahrhundert, später umgestaltet). Alle Häuser wurden im zweiten Weltkrieg zerstört und zwischen 2012 und 2018 rekonstruiert. Der Friedrich Stolze-Brunnen im Vordergrund (benannt nach dem Dichter, dessen Büste er trägt) ist das Original aus dem 19. Jahrhundert, 2017 an seinen Originalstandort zurückgebracht. |
