Description
English: Neuritic unhookings observed on a DW4 pattern. Time-lapse recording of neurons plated for 30 hours. Phase contrast images of living cells were captured with a charge-coupled device camera (CoolSNAP HQ; Roper Scientific) using a 20x Phase3 Plan ApoChromat oil NA 1.4 objective mounted on an inverted motorized microscope (Axiovert 200 M; Carl Zeiss, Inc.) equipped with a device enabling regulation of temperature and CO2 levels and controlled by MetaMorph software (MDS Analytical Technologies).
