| Description |
English: Graffito from a temple converted into a church, Musawwarat as-Sufra (Sudan). It shows a horsemen wielding a spear and round shield. Possible that this is the depiction of a warrior saint. Based on Török's: "Ein christianisiertes Tempelgebäude in Musawwarat es-Sufra" and some sketch I found on a transparent sheet of paper, most likely drawn in situ. |
