Summary

[edit]
Description
English: Wild-type GB migration and generation of filopodial extensions. wild-type embryo carrying btlGAL4 and UASCD8GFP constructs to reveal tracheal cell morphology and cytoplasmic extensions. One tip-cell is present at the tip of each GB as it migrates towards the VNC. This cell extends long filopodial extensions in response to FGF signalling.
