Description
English: Oscillatory movement of HAM-5-GFP in two germlings undergoing chemotropic interactions. A 90-minute movie compressed in 26 seconds of two ham-5-gfp germlings undergoing chemotropic interactions and cell fusion. During chemotropic interactions, oscillatory recruitment of HAM-5-GFP to the CAT tips and puncta of germlings and to the site of contact is observed. The left panel is composed of brightfield images, the right panel of fluorescent images.
