Description
English: Microtubule dynamics of control and MKK7-siRNA transfected N1E-115 differentiating cells. Fluorescence confocal microscopy time-lapse videos of control and MKK7 KN cells expressing GFP-tubulin are shown in ibw contrast. In the control cell, arrowhead indicates a neurite that elongates and bundles its mts during this process. In the MKK7 KN cell, arrowhead shows that mts cannot bundle during neurite extension. Timescale is in hours∶minutes. Scale bar: 25 µm.
