Description
English: ERK1/2 is present and involved in bleb formation. Time-lapse movie of serum-starved LβT2 cells transfected with GnRH receptor-mCherry and ERK-GFP and treated with GnRH (0–15 min, 10 nM). GnRH stimulated bleb formation, while ERK1/2 accumulated in the blebs.
