Description
English: Dynamic reduction of thrombin generation parameters over time in a severe haemophilia A population. The fVIII product used here has a half-life of 12.2 hours. Each unit of time (spanning 1900–1912) in the video represents 8 hours. Thrombin generating capacity was simulated by inputting each subject's factor composition into our mathematical model. Each point (circle) in the figure is representative of a single individual's thrombin generating capacity. The red arrow and accompanying circle is representative of a theoretical individual with 100% of all coagulation factors.
